This Privacy Policy explains what data nutri (the "Service") collects, how it is used, and your choices. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

1. What we collect

• Telegram identity: your Telegram user ID, and optionally your first name and username, used to identify your account.
• Food & activity data: the meals, foods, and activities you log, including descriptions, photos you send, calorie and macro estimates, and timestamps.
• Profile & goals: nutrition targets and preferences you set (e.g. calorie, protein, carb, and fat goals).
• Subscription data: your plan status and billing dates. Payment card details are handled entirely by our payment provider and are never stored by us.

2. How we use it

• To log your meals, calculate calories and macros, and generate summaries, reminders, and reports.
• To personalise the assistant's responses to your goals and history.
• To operate billing and provide the paid Pro features.
• To maintain and improve the reliability of the Service.

3. Third parties that process your data

To provide the Service, your messages and logged data may be shared with:

• Google (Gemini AI): the text and photos you send are processed by Google's Gemini models to understand your food and generate replies and estimates. This processing happens on Google's cloud.
• Telegram: the messaging platform through which you interact with the Service.
• Razorpay: our payment processor, which handles your payment details directly under its own privacy policy.

We do not sell your personal data to anyone.

4. Where your data is stored

Your account, logs, and profile are stored in our application database on the server that hosts the Service. We retain this data for as long as your account is active.

5. Health data

Food logs and nutrition goals can reveal information about your health and lifestyle. We treat this data with care and use it only to operate the Service as described above. nutri provides informational estimates only and is not a medical service.

6. Your choices & rights

• You can ask us to export or delete your data by emailing us.
• You can stop using the Service at any time by ending your conversation with the bot.
• Deleting your account removes your logs and profile from our active database.

7. Children

The Service is not directed at children under 18 and we do not knowingly collect their data.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be reflected by the "Last updated" date above.
