Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy explains how cancellations and refunds work for the nutri Pro subscription.

1. Free trial first

nutri offers a free tier so you can try the Service before paying. We encourage you to use it to decide whether Pro is right for you before subscribing.

2. Cancellation

• You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time.
• On cancellation, your subscription stops renewing. You keep Pro access until the end of the billing period you have already paid for.
• No further charges are made after you cancel.

3. Refunds

nutri Pro is a digital subscription that is delivered and used immediately. As a result:

• Subscription fees are generally non-refundable once a billing period has started.
• We do not provide partial or pro-rated refunds for the unused portion of a billing period after cancellation.

4. Exceptions

We want you to be treated fairly. We will review refund requests on a case-by-case basis and may issue a refund where:

• you were charged in error or charged twice;
• a technical fault on our side prevented you from using Pro for a substantial part of the billing period and we could not resolve it; or
• a refund is required under applicable Indian consumer law.

5. How to request

To cancel, you can stop your subscription from within the bot. To request a refund under the exceptions above, email reachnutri@gmail.com from the account associated with your subscription, within 7 days of the charge, describing the issue. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Razorpay and may take 5–10 business days to appear.
