These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of nutri (the "Service"), a Telegram-based nutrition assistant bot. By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
nutri is a conversational Telegram bot that lets you log meals and activity, track calories and macronutrients, set nutrition goals, and receive summaries and reminders. The Service is operated by an individual proprietor based in India.
nutri provides general nutrition and calorie information for informational purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical, dietary, or healthcare advice. Calorie and macro estimates are approximate and may be inaccurate. Always consult a qualified professional before making health or dietary decisions. You use the Service at your own risk.
The Service is tied to your Telegram account. You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to use the Service. You are responsible for all activity under your Telegram account.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing; your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period. Refunds are governed by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
You agree not to misuse the Service, including attempting to disrupt it, reverse-engineer it, abuse the free tier through multiple accounts, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The Service relies on third parties including Telegram (messaging), Google (the Gemini AI model that generates responses and estimates), and Razorpay (payments). Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms of those providers.
We aim to keep the Service running but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. The Service may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of, or reliance on, the Service or its nutrition estimates.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
